• Please use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions, colognes, and perfumes when wearing Primrose & Proper jewels. Their application may cause the metal to discolor or tarnish.
• Store your jewelry in a clean dry place.
• Keep away from extreme temperatures and overexposure to direct sunlight.
• Avoid wearing jewelry while swimming or showering.
• Remove the jewelry before going to sleep, exercising, or if you plan to do any physically strenuous activities. This is to avoid any unnecessary wear and tear.
• Avoid contact with any harsh chemicals such as household cleaners, acids, alkalis, corrosive substances, etc. This includes not using any chemical jewelry cleaners.
• Wipe down your jewelry with a soft, lint-free polishing cloth and store it in a sealed bag or box in a cool dry place.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we do not have immediate availability, please allow 4-6 weeks for production; we will contact you if this is the case. We have a 14-days return policy. All return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original mint quality.
